Who Is Chris Denz Anyway?

My Story

Hey everyone and thank you for taking the time to visit my website!

My name is Chris Denz and I recently moved to Tampa, FL where I love living on the ocean. I have been practicing Interior Design since 2015.

I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and upon graduating with my Degrees in Business and Spanish, I moved for my love of the south. The industries I became involved in since I’ve graduated allowed me to use and develop a decades worth of skills; learning about design, and developing my expertise as an Interior Designer.

As a graduate of the Interior Design Institute, I am proud to say that I have learned even more about interior design, further expanding my knowledge in this industry.

Interior Design, I’ve learned, is being able to make a space functional but also pleasing to the eye. To not be afraid of making mistakes because sometimes you truly won’t know what you exactly want, until you execute something and note how it makes you feel. I’ve learned so much from these mistakes and I am so thankful to be able to utilize what I’ve learned, helping those who know what they want, but can’t quite draw a picture of out in their heads. This is where I come in.

SO WHAT’S NEXT?
LET ME SUMMARIZE IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS:

1.) Fill out the intake form located on top of the site to give me an idea of what you are looking to accomplish, while I evaluate the scope of work involved, as well as budget expectations.

2.) I will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a 30 minute complimentary consultation (whether in an office setting, Zoom or FaceTime, or simply a phone call), while providing you with realistic expectations of whether or not Interior Designs by Chris LLC may be an exact fit for the service(s) you’re looking for, as well as cost estimates.

Please Note: Based off of the consultation, should you decide to move forward with Interior Designs by Chris LLC, depending on the scope of the project noted in the discovery phase of the complimentary consolation, a retainer fee will be required in order to move to step three, all the way until you get your dream oasis;

3.) If the consultation proves in your favor and you agree to move forward, we schedule an on-site meeting located at your location in order to get an accurate scope of work, so I may accurately document the project, discuss recommendations, and for me to gauge the style of what you are looking to accomplish. Don’t worry, if you are not sure of a particular type of style, I will provide samples of styles along the way.

Biggest project to date, and I was by far the most fun.
-1,) tore all all carpet in the finished basement to add hardwood
2.) painted and created accent walls through the house, included the game room, kitchen, home office, etc.
3.) As tall at this building is, one row of two electric lights wasn’t gonna do it. I ran gas lines to the front of the house, custom made the lanterns, and added 4. With the two main ones on the front porch, and a couple centered above each of the two garage doors. FINALLY, I had light figures installed above the garage door.

PSA- if you want to no necessarily want to put in too much money in hopes of making money in it one day, there are Theo things you can do:
1) keep your even on the market.
2.) Realtors may say “a gas lantern or turn installation” may not make a different in the value if the home, but the doorbell came pick up A LOT of first impressions!
